The Refresh Lancaster Shower and Medical Truck is in Columbia on Monday mornings! The truck is available to anyone in need from 9:30-11:30 am and now is located on Avenue H behind Salem UCC Two private showers will accommodate families and children. Hygiene resources, clean towels, and toiletry kits are available at no cost.
